So, I’ve become a bit of a master at throwing together healthy meals in a pinch and today I’m going to share with you my favorite breakfast to prep me for a busy day.
I also titled this the Fertility Goddess/God Breakfast because these ingredients are essential for treating infertility. Studies show that women who consume 1 serving or more of whole milk per day are 27 times less likely to experience infertility. Eggs and berries are excellent for the health of a woman’s eggs. Chia Seeds are an excellent source of omegas and goji berries are documented as treating women with premature ovarian failure and increasing sperm count in men. And, cinnamon has been show to regulate cycles.
As you can tell, I’m a bit of a health nut. I eat organic, participate in a farm share, and love to make sure I get my daily dose of goji berries. This smoothie will not only fill you with good things, but will make love to your taste buds. Not a bad reason to wake up in the morning!

(or Actor-On-The-Go Smoothie Or The Fertility God Breakfast)

1 organic banana
¾ cup frozen organic mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 teaspoon chia seeds
10 goji berries
1 cup (approximate) whole organic milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender such as a Magic Bullet. Make sure to top with milk before blending. Serve & enjoy!
Note: You can use plain yogurt instead of vanilla. You can use water instead of milk. You don’t have to use an egg. You can add greens like spinach. This recipe is very forgiving and you can create your own version! Please share your take on this recipe with us! What is your favorite smoothie?
